Why do you need this type of plan?

This type of measured plan is required on some commercial property lease renewals, for new build residential properties, or if there is to be a change to your title deeds – such as selling or buying additional parcels of land. Land Registry requires submitted plans to be to scale, have marked boundaries, and make reference to the location area.
